2019 Ice Fisheree
Butternut Lake, January 19, 2019
On a cold and brisk day for ice fishing with temperatures starting in the below zero range, there were still over 250 anglers that were registered in the contest.  A total of 45 fish were brought into the check-in station, and included 15 northern pike, 7 walleye, 10 perch and 14 crappie. A ‘catch & release option was offered and 4 of the northern and 4 of the walleye were released alive back to the lake.
